Hi! I’m Adi - the baker behind Adi Rose Bakery.

I create custom allergy-friendly cakes in Nashville that are as delicious as they are beautiful! All are baked from scratch with care and creativity. Every cake is vegan (dairy-free and egg-free) and can often be made gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, sesame-free, or without other allergens - because everyone deserves to enjoy dessert.

Whether it’s a birthday, a wedding, a baby shower, or just a reason to treat yourself (always encouraged here), I’ll create a cake that feels personal, intentional, and celebrates you.
